Sox Win! Yankees lose! We’re AL East champs!

I just got back from watching our Sox win tonight, and I have been on the edge of my seat and I am as excited right this moment as every other member of this great Red Sox Nation! Melvin Mora came through with a beautiful bunt for the Orioles, and that meant the Yankees lose and the Boston Red Sox are finally the American League East champions. That is the end of the Yankees’ nine-year streak. What an amazing scene with so many Sox fans hanging around Fenway and watching that one on the scoreboard, too! Just an incredible night and an incredible year.

As I said in the previous post, you will be able to watch the presidential debate on RedSox.com. Hope you enjoy watching it and thanks again for everyone’s support! Be sure to vote for me! There is a limit of 10 votes per email address, and you can vote until 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

Cindy, interesting idea to let people in to Fenway for free after the 7th inning. Just curious….do you let people on your duck boats for free if they don’t fill up????

    Cindy,
You are clearly to lead the fans of Boston as the President of RSN.

The debate was great, your plans in action are exciting. You stood out against the other’s at the podium and confident in what you can do for the Red Sox Fans. BEST OF LUCK!!!

One more thing. I guess we here in Philly have a lot in common! Both of us were able to take a division title from New York! Go Phils, go Sox!! Can’t wait to see the Nation come to Citizen’s Bank Park. My 9 year-old has already said he will be wearing his 34 jersey with his ‘I’m Coco Nuts’ t-shirt underneath – no Phillies garb.. Man, that’s dedication.. I guess you put a good spell on him.

While having some fun in Vegas, I made sure I knew what was going on in the Red Sox and Phillies worlds – ready for the playoffs! Go job by both teams!! Gave “celebrating” for validity!!! Can’t wait to see what happens!!!
