Endorsed by a Yankee Fan
Two of my best friends from Franklin and Marshall College, Jim and John, have always been huge baseball fans. The only problem is that while John is a Red Sox fan, Jim is a Yankee fan. Not only a Yankee fan, but a trash talking, nasty email sending, in your face Yankee fan. Although it probably killed him to even visit the Red Sox Nation website to vote, he did and he also asked his friends to vote for me…in a uniquely Jim way:

Scroll down mid way and you will see all the 9 candidates who have made it to the finals. Each person can vote 10 times with a single email address so if you have two you can vote 20 times. I am giving her as many votes as possible. She is a deserving ***** who if she wasn’t a Red Sox fan would be a deserving person. Not the most positive endorsement, but an endorsement nonetheless. John and I thought of Jim while we were at the game on Friday night. Sadly we didn’t stay to see the celebration at Fenway after the Yankees lost, but I’m sure we felt Jim’s pain hovering over our joy!

Hi there Cindy,
I just wanted to ask you a question before voting: Other candidates had spoken about possibly starting something to help honor fellow Sox fans who have passed away. They mentioned maybe bricks with names inscribed or something to that effect. Would you try to do something like that if elected president? I love the ideas you’ve put forward, but this is something that would be near to my heart.
